Cancellations

Out of respect for your practitioner’s time and schedule, we request a 24-hour notice if you know you cannot make your appointment time.

 

Running Late/No Shows

We understand circumstances happen that are out of your control. In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled appointment time. In the event of a no-show, staff will attempt to contact you using the email/phone number provided. If you are not contactable, the appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

First-time Visitors

Please complete intake forms and send to thrivewellnesskingston@gmail.com 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we do not receive your information by then, we will have to reschedule you to the next available appointment time.

All appointments are online through Zoom unless otherwise specified. Please be sure to download zoom onto your phone or computer so you are prepared to start on time.

We ask that you please silence your cell phones during services.

 

Confidentiality and Health Issues

Our staff is committed to serving you in a professional manner. If you have any severe medical conditions or allergies, please inform us so that we can plan accordingly. All information you provide is confidential.
