I started rebooting my metabolism in 2016. It was an amazing process that my body went through, the act of releasing its addiction to sugar. It took me several rounds of 2 week detoxes, but before I knew it, I had gone from 147 to 125 pounds and was released from my sugar addiction forever. Rebooting is a journey, and each time you do it, you learn something new about your body and give yourself the gift of establishing healthier eating habits.
