As we make our way into a new calendar year in 2023, how can we bring more balance, play, authenticity, and freedom into our lives…physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally?

Join Meg Krug, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner and Amber Summers, Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, Intuitive Healer, and Certified Reflexology Practitioner in Costa Rica this January, for Back to Basics; a Conscious Breathwork Retreat.

We will come together in Esterillos, Costa Rica for 7 days and 6 nights, to remember what it’s like to reconnect with our childlike wonder of nature and the rhythms of the natural world. The week will open with a Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony with Local organic Cacao that has been prepared by a 3rd generation cacao farmer. The week will include daily morning guided meditation by Amber, and four group Conscious Breathwork sessions with Meg. There will be plenty of spaciousness to rest, play and integrate.

This is an opportunity to show up with courage as we unearth the things that are holding us back and constricting us in our lives. As we nudge each other out of our comfort zones, we will learn together, tell stories, and support one other through new connections while strengthening the relationship we have with ourselves.

This retreat will have a sweet and simple Summer Camp type of vibe with mostly shared rooms, each room with air conditioning and a bathroom/shower.

Only a short walk to the gorgeous beaches of Esterillos, we are retreating to “The Spot in Esterillos Oeste,” a sweet community living space with the theme of “Good Vibes Only”. We will have the entire property, yoga deck, and garden to ourselves offering plenty of space to play, rest, and heal. Healthy breakfast and dinner will be provided. As for lunches, there are delicious local restaurants within walking distance along with a grocery store to pick up your favorite snacks. A shared refrigerator and kitchen will be available, with fresh juices and coconut water provided as well.

Amber will be sharing with us her holistic expertise and wisdom, offering daily guided meditation to help you connect with your inner voice as you move through processing your breathwork experiences. Optional services that can be booked for an additional fee include: Reiki, Reflexology, Massage, Nutritional Muscle Response Testing, Iridology Analysis, and one-on-one holistic wellness and nutrition coaching.

There will be other fun activities such as a waterfall hike and nature excursions including horseback riding and surf lessons that are available for booking at an additional cost. We will finish up with a New Moon ceremony, welcoming the first new moon of the year to set our intentions for 2023. This is a very powerful time to speak into being all that we wish to embody this coming year.

By returning back to basics we reconnect to our childlike-selves, playing, eating and resting, while doing the inner reflective work in order to create more harmony, balance and freedom of authentic expression. We will return home with renewed connection to ourselves, offering greater confidence, clarity, and a sense of restoration and resilience!
